Dr Funmilola Omotayo is the Director and Principal Psychologist of New Analysis Associates Psychology Service. She has worked extensively as an Educational Psychologist and Specialist Educational Psychologist in Local Authorities and the Child Development Centre (CDC) in the UK before moving into private practice in 2012.
Dr Omotayo has successfully worked in both National and International Schools in Nigeria supporting schools and identifying children and young people’s (CYP) learning profiles. She has particular interest in promoting inclusive practice in mainstream schools
She also works as Associate Psychologist in two South East London boroughs providing statutory advice. Dr Omotayo is committed to providing high quality and reliable educational psychology services to schools, organisations and the community.
She is a qualified educationist cum counselling psychologist, a registered teacher with the Teacher’s Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN), a licensed counselling psychologist by the Counselling Association of Nigeria. She has over ten (10) years experience teaching children and adolescents. She has been privileged to work with children with special needs,observing, scoring some of their psychological assessment tools and providing learning support to them through NAAPS. She has also coordinated the production of the seven series booklets on children by NAAPS.(also serves in a supervisory role at NAAPS).

Mrs Queen Abieyuwa Onalaja is one of the founding directors of the Centre for Innovative Teaching and Learning where students with specific learning needs areprovided with an appropriate and effective alternative to traditional schooling.
She gained her first degree in Law from the University of Buckingham and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1990; she obtained a Postgraduate Certificate in Education andQualified Teacher Status from the University of Greenwich; Master’s in special and Inclusive Education from Roehampton University (UK). She holds Level 3 NationalOpen College Network Certified Forest School Leader and a Professional DevelopmentCertificate in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) from the Institute of Child Education&Psychology (Europe). Mrs Onalaja has experience in different educational roles and these include: Special Needs and Inclusive Education Consultant, Literacy Interventions (Fischer Family Trust)Teacher Trainer, Early years and Key Stage One Class Teacher at St Margaret CEPrimary School (UK), Personal, Social and Health Education (PSHE) Co-ordinator at St. Margaret CE Primary School (UK), Read Aloud and Storytelling Resident(Nigeria),Creative Writing Teacher, Forest School Leader and is qualified to teach an alternative curriculum outdoors. Mrs Queen Onalaja was recently awarded a Master of Education in Practice-Based Education Research (Med PBER) form the Exeter University (UK).Ben Omakor is a Chartered Psychologist with St Michael Associates, London, UKwhere he is part of the team devoted to the management of Autistic children across 7 London boroughs namely, Southwark, Lewisham, Greenwich, Wandsworth, Croydon,Lambeth, and Bromley. He is also actively involved in providing psychological support and services for patients at theBexley and Greenwich Hospice. Ben holds an MSc degree in Clinical psychology in 1985 from the University of Lagos Nigeria, has varied experiences in Nigeria in Teaching, Counselling, Clinical Psychology, and Human Capital. A member of the Nigeria Psychological society and theChartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria, he was two term Chairman of the Lagos state Branch of the Institute of Personnel management between 2006 and2008. In Nigeria, Ben Omakor worked as a School Psychologist, lectured at theUniversity of Lagos, and engaged in counselling and clinical assignments in various government institutions and charities. He is vast in the use of psychometrics.
Ayodele is an Assistant Psychologist who serves as a Social Communication & Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) Specialist at the New Analysis Associates Psychological Service (NAAPS). She worked as a Home Facilitator for two (2) years providing academic, social, and Individual support. She has served in the role of manager at Nurture Nigeria Early Intervention & School Support Services. She worked briefly with the Children's Developmental Centre (CDC), Surulere and has attended several seminars and workshops including a workshop on Child and Adolescent Mental Health and Services organized by the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) Centre of the Federal Neuropsychiatric Hospital, Yaba, Lagos, Special Needs Conference for Churches, and the Guaranty Trust Bank (GTB)Annual Autism Conference.Ayodele is currently a volunteer for the Special Needs Conference for Churches organized by AdelolaEdema and she has served as a volunteer in some of the Special Needs Centres in Lagos like Patrick Speech and Language Centre (PSLC), Ikeja and the Little Beginnings Academy (LBA), Lekki. Ayodelecurrently serves as the Head of the Special Needs Unit at Children’s Church Department of The Fountain of life Church where she attends, working with children with special needs and disabilities. She has also been privileged to work with children and their families observing, scoring psychological assessment tools, writing reports, and providing intervention to them through NAAPS.
When Ayodele is not busy, she likes to spend quality time with her family, watch movies, and connect with friends.

Joseph is an Assistant Psychologist as well as behaviour therapist with the New Analysis Associates Psychology Service with over 6years experience working with children with special needs. He is a dedicated and committed psychologist with profound interest in the areas of Clinical Psychology with experiences in childhood mental health concerns such as learning disabilities and emotional disorders. He is a professional with personable demeanor when speaking with parents regarding child’s progress. Joseph is privilege to work Yaba psychiatric hospital where he garnered experiences in areas of intake interview, clinical interview, report writing and psychological assessment. He has also been privileged to assist in assessing the mental health of children and also in performing testing to determine whether a child has a learning disability, working with parent/teachers to develop a collaborative therapy/ Individual Education Plan (I.E.P.) for children and providing learning support to them through NAAPS.
